That’s Nydia Serrano. She is the voice and first ambassador of The Connecticut Auto Accident Law Group. Her warmth and smile are always radiating and her caring personality colors every aspect of her work.
In addition, being the Firm’s Receptionist, Nydia is also our intake coordinator. She handles a variety of administrative tasks within the office, including gathering healthcare records, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the Firm’s calendar. Nydia is fluent in Spanish.
Nydia plans on pursuing a degree in legal studies. She is always enthusiastic to learn new legal skills at the firm. In her spare time, Nydia enjoys spending her time with her family and friends.
